Situated on the private Son Bunyola Estate, this exceptional villa provides a wonderful, tranquil retreat where you can completely unwind with every little detail of your holiday taken care of by an excellent concierge service.

Situated just 20 minutes walk from a charming pebble beach, Sa Punta de S'Aguila is a traditional Mallorcan stone villa nestled on the edge of rugged mountain countryside that plunges down to the sea.

The spacious interior has been decorated using chic modern fabrics and furnishing and the walls are adorned with colourful modern art pieces. There is a comfortable living room where you can relax in the evenings and several beautiful terraces with fabulous sea views perfect for al fresco dining throughout the day.

For entertainment throughout your holiday, the villa includes a flat-screen TV, DVD player, free WiFi access and a table tennis table. You also have access to a tennis court shared with the villa's sister properties, Sa Terra Rotja and Son Balagueret. All the tennis equipment you require can be provided free of charge.

The property is available exclusively for 7-night catered stays. Stay 7 or more nights and your final night is free. There are also 3, 4 or 5 night shorter stays available.

Sleeping

The villa sleeps up to 10 in five double en-suite bedrooms. Each of the bedrooms includes tea and coffee facilities, notepad and pen, postcards with stamps, laundry basket a safety deposit, hairdryer, plug adapter. Wireless (WiFi) internet access is available free of charge throughout the villa.

They also supply mini-speakers in your room through which you can stream your own music from your Android or Apple device – these are also Bluetooth enabled.

Dining

The villa is let on a catered basis with a private chef providing daily continental breakfast plus lunch and dinner for six nights of your stay.

Their chefs and hostess will prepare a selection of cold dishes for breakfast before leaving each evening and you can help yourself in the morning, so there’s definitely no need to rush up! Lunch is served buffet style and three-course dinners can be tailor made according to your preferences, or they can serve local Mallorcan and Mediterranean style dishes.

On one day during your stay they can arrange for you to visit some of the local restaurant offerings and are happy to organise reservations.

All drinks including alcoholic beverages are included and you are welcome to help yourself. Their team will chat to you before you arrive to make sure they’ve stocked up with your favourite tipples.

The pool

The fabulous outdoor heated pool is set on a lower garden terrace surrounded by shrubs and palm treats. On two sides of the pool there is a stone patio with plenty of space for sun-loungers so you can easily relax the pool all day if you choose.
