This luxurious villa is situated on the private Son Bunyola Estate. This tranquil retreat is the perfect place to completely unwind as every little detail of your holiday will be taken care of by an excellent concierge service.

The spacious interior has been decorated in a chic contemporary style incorporating original features such as stone walls and exposed wooden beams.

The bright and airy living room have comfortable sofas where you can stretch out and relax in the evening and there is a log fireplace for cooler spring and autumn evenings. For those that want to switch off in front of the TV there is a separate sitting area up some steps from the main living room as well as a snug.

Outside there are a number of different seating areas where you can relax in the sunshine and a covered terrace that is perfectly set up for alfresco dining. The 12.5x5 metre heated pool offers sea views and sun loungers at each end.

For entertainment throughout your holiday, the villa includes a flat-screen TV, DVD player, free WiFi access and a table tennis table. You also have access to a tennis court shared with the villa's sister properties, Sa Punta de S'Aguila and Sa Terra Rotja. All the tennis equipment you require can be provided free of charge.

The property is available exclusively for 7-night catered or self-catered stays. Stay 7 or more nights and your final night is free. There are also 3, 4 or 5 night shorter stays available.

Sleeping

The villa sleeps up to eight in four bedrooms. There are two double rooms, one twin room and one bedroom is located in the villa’s signature turret, with a curved stairwell leading from a luxurious bathroom on the lower level.

Two of the rooms are en-suite. Each of the bedrooms includes tea and coffee facilities, notepad and pen, postcards with stamps, laundry basket a safety deposit, hairdryer, plug adapter. Wireless (WiFi) internet access is available free of charge throughout the villa.

They also supply mini-speakers in your room through which you can stream your own music from your Android or Apple device – these are also Bluetooth enabled.

Dining

The villa is let on a catered or self-catered basis, depending on your preference.

When booked on a catered basis, guests will enjoy the services of a private chef providing daily continental breakfast, buffet-style lunch and tailor-made three-course dinners for six nights of your stay. All of your favourite drinks, including alcoholic beverages are included. On one day during your stay, they can arrange for you to visit some of the local restaurant offerings and are happy to organise reservations.

When booked on a self-catered basis, guests will have free-reign, but there's still the option to have a night off with a private chef, or have your fridge filled with all your favourite things before you arrive.

The pool

The fabulous outdoor heated pool (12.5 x 5 metres) is set on a lower garden with views of the sea behind. At one end of the pool is a raised teak deck with comfortable rattan chairs where you can curl up with a book. Alternatively at the other end are a number of sunbeds where you can work on your tan.
